Animated Movie: "Alpha And Omega"

For talking about images, videos, and all that other bandwidth-killing stuff. Put ALL your media-related stuff that is not similarly Housepets-related here: Stories etc.

Animated Movie: "Alpha And Omega"

Post by Kyderra »

Trailer can be found here
(*Trailer seems to show to much)

So, I just seen the trailer of this movie.
It's basically Balto but not as good by the looks of things.
I'm a very pessimistic guy, I will assume something will be bad unless proven otherwise.

So, this movie seems rather "furry" to me.
I hope I am wrong about this movie and this will actually be rather good, but In the trailer at 11 seconds in, you see the pack all run in the same animation at the same time :S

Anyway, I just wanna see Bolly's face after he has seen this trailer.
What are your toughs about this movie?

Furry means anthropomorphic animals, from what I saw on the trailer, the animals aren't anthropomorphic. Thus: I don't think this is furry.

I'd imagine so. As they apparently speak too. Though technically still not really furry.

It's revenue will probably cover the production costs, though.

Animals doing humany things -> furry.

not to make this into anoyher "furry" topic but:
If you would say a furry must walk on 2 feet and (etc etc)
Then that would mean for example that TaniDaReal (one of the most well known furry artists) Isn't a furry artist

================

sorry, back on topic
I think this movie will fail :s

No, Im not saying it must be blatantly anthropomorphic.(one example of this would be the dogs and cats in the Housepets comic) I'm just saying that it must have *some* anthropomorphic characteristics. (anthropomorphic = in form of man) Such as similar body shape. Or ability to stand upright.(like garfield) In this movie. They are *hardly* anthropomorphic. (as they seem to be able to make expressions on their faces and speak. But that's it.
So, I think this movie is closer to "not furry" than otherwise.

I saw this movie!

It's pretty bad. It was entertaining only so much as myself and my friend could make fun of it. It had one genuinely funny part though, supposedly, but I missed it to go to the restroom.

Also, Diary of a Wimpy Kid is awesome.
