Wow! Lots of nice drawings from everyone here! Quite the variety.
Here's some more character art corresponding to Arezzo's journey.
Synopses of each can also be viewed in this link (https://www.deviantart.com/nleonardo87/ ... 1611698570)

Really do like all of the pictures that you posted here Nicky! A bit sad though that Desiree died.

Anyway that Arezzo would be able to bring her back to life and put her together so she is no longer psycho? He does have the power of a God in him so he should be able to do it.
Then again, he had problems being encased in a blob of jell-o from an anvil his "father" rigged to prank him.

Re: Art Thread
Quite the tale you’re weaving, Bat.
Once again, opened myself up to art prompts on Discord. Got some weird prompts. Here’s the first one. Worship tends to mean offerings. Offerings are usually a source of income. And then all of a sudden you have to report it. Still, better than having someone sacrificed to you, that just gets incredibly awkward.
Also, no, this is not canon.

Re: Art Thread
Some great drawings there and interesting backstories to them Dryideabat. That's a pretty unusual art request D-Rock, those inspectors must be on the ball.

Are there special tax forms that apply to you only if you're a demi-god? (I'm starting to get my stuff together for the annual ordeal, too)
Re: Art Thread
No clue, but if there are, another reason doesn’t want to deal with things. Or maybe she could find a good accountant.

Re: Art Thread
Thank you everyone.
Also, I might as well spill the beans in case I don't finish this story, but remember that Desiree was very durable to still get up after such a thrashing. Perhaps it's enough for her to survive the collapse of a dimension... Then again, that would mean her suffering is not quite over, for who knows where denizens of a deleted world end up.
Now that's a very funny thought, D-Rock. Not even demigods are exempt from taxes.
Let's just say that Arezzo hasn't mastered the unfathomable chaotic power within him. Even if he did, could it overcome the pure concentrated evil that is black licorice-flavored jello?Amazee Dayzee wrote: ↑Thu Jan 28, 2021 1:41 am Anyway that Arezzo would be able to bring her back to life and put her together so she is no longer psycho? Only two things are guaranteed in life; death and taxes.
And demigods don’t have the former.

I wonder how tax collectors in Heaven would actually work out in this case?
Or are they all in Hell because they are tax collectors but still get to collect money from demigods in Heaven?

Art prompt, this time from Hagus.
Not everything that mortals have to deal with is fun, unfortunately. And still weird to see Macabre without his bones. Odd how Mirage isn’t as weird without her horn and spikes.

Marvelous work on drawing this picture Rocky! I don't think that they look too weird but it definitely is unusual seeing them like this.
Re: Art Thread
Art prompt from a non-Housepets Discord server. Otherworldly artifacts are quite entertaining at times.

Spectacular work on doing this art piece Rocky! It did come out so nice!
Re: Art Thread
Thanks, and yup.
Re: Art Thread
Yet, that really is a neat depiction. Like the color choices, too, and the dialogue isn't cramped which seems to be a trend in cartooning of late.

It takes a real talented artist to not cramp up the dialogue box.
Re: Art Thread
Just takes some planning. Took me a bit of brainstorming to get this placement.

It seems to have paid off because it definitely is very cool and it worked really well!
Re: Art Thread
Good work again, Nicholas and D-Rock. Very nice sketch, DDeer! It's nice to see some 3D modeling here, OdedZeituni98. That poster is quite a curious idea, Rydr Warklub.

Some clan emblems for those I at least intend on touching upon in the story I’m writing.

A very extraordinary job that you have done on these emblems Rocky! They are beautiful!
Re: Art Thread
Thanks! Got a set of weapons for Sophrona.
Katar: Sophrona prefers to use her claws whenever she enters battle. If a situation calls for it, however, she is well-trained in the use of this weapon.
ShadowClaw: One of the weapons passed down among the clan leaders. Incredibly sharp and heavy. Was actually part of a pair of weapons, though the second is missing. Sophrona has told her clan to not be preoccupied with finding it.

Cool drawings, D-Rock. I remember the days of Pokemon Red/Blue. Back when Golbat and many other Gen 1 sprites looked... different.
The ShadowClaw looks monstrous! I think wielding just one is enough to get the message across.
Here's the last set of tasks Homer gave Arezzo... Well, upon completing these, Homer has one left. (https://www.deviantart.com/nleonardo87/ ... -869112132)

One thing you can say, this is an entertaining adventure for Arezzo to be thrust in.

Nice job on the pieces you guys! I think they all are really stunning!
Re: Art Thread
Interesting emblems, look forward to more of your stories D-Rock, the weapons look mighty dangerous by the way.
I love panel 10 Dryideabat, the slogan Obli-que is shouting is great! The idea of a Racoon taking on an over the top Robin Hood type persona just appeals to my sense of humour somehow. Robin Hood always seemed an over the top character in any case. Made the TV programme Maid Marian and her merry men pop into my head (don't worry if you've never heard of it )

Re: Art Thread
Very dramatic Rydr,
Been doodling away some more, trying a more storyboard approach, may continue the tale, not sure at the moment, anyway, let me know what you think of it so far everyone.

That's quite beautiful and mysterious... now I want to know where that star-wolf's story goes.

Reminds me of an old story I was told once. Beautiful work, D-Rock.
