Life is like a book, each day is a new page. You have the pen in hand, now what are you going to write? Are you going to write a horror, romance, a fantasy? But write carefully, for you are using a pen and pages cannot be erased.

Re: What is your favorite Strip?
Not to revive a dead topic or anything (), but my all time favorite is hands down is The Fun Never Ends.
I also like Tiger Minus Tiger, not because of the joke but because of the background. Upon rereading the comic for the nth time, I noticed that the standard Garfield Minus Garfield background continues as normal until the fourth panel where it falls over sideways. I doubt this is actually intentionally funny, but it made me laugh out loud when I saw it.
Weird- both of these are Tiger/Marvin strips, although I wouldn't say I'm a big fan...

I really enjoyed this strip. It is not just Peanut's expression; it is what simon says. I love the milton ferrets.

Re: What is your favorite Strip?
Well, it actually got bigger at the end of I Dare You To Do Otherwise. In that one they switched to a widescreen couch.
But in order to stay on the favorite strip topic, I'll go a step further and say that Venting has to be the best "drama" strip, not to say its tragic by any means, but its funny while also being cute, sad, and it even furthered the plot of that arc.

I like that one too, but I'm always surprised that the sixth panel gets all the attention and no one ever mentions the next one. I think that individual panel is actually funnier- because Bino gets a great face and line, plus it breaks the tension and makes the earlier panels even better...copper wrote:I just remembered this one:

Re: What is your favorite Strip?
It is a purely aesthetic choice on my part. Every time I see that face it brings me back to my childhood christmases and that feeling of utter anticipation that I would feel when handed presents from under the tree. I know it's weird, but there you go.CaptainPea wrote:I like that one too, but I'm always surprised that the sixth panel gets all the attention and no one ever mentions the next one. Re: What is your favorite Strip?
My favorite panel of all time has to be "Sasha, why are you wearing a body stocking?" The best part was that I was in the middle of a student government meeting when I read it, and almost burst out laughing. I got a couple of funny looks from the senators. (fortunately, the bill I was there for still passed unanimously.)
