Re: Rick's non-comic Housepets art
well, there's also the nagging little problem of facehugger blood and tissue being PH 0 and at caustic concentrations that might mess with your cooking...
Most important thing I've learned from D&D?
No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.

I don't think they would mind as long as it doesn't poison them to death.

I think they would need to wory more about their organs melting than being poisoned

Typical morning mood, but it's weird see a such face on Mungo. Cute slippers, inspired by Karishad, as seems.

Never seen Mungo so grumpy. I assume that means I shouldn't get in his way

I can remember him looking like that when he was trying to bring Sasha in for questioning but Fox had stopped him every step of the way. Also, I don't really think he is as grumpy as he is just annoyed by something in the picture.

I can relate more to that image of Mungo with each passing morning, haha.

I relate to that image of Mungo when I have to try to force myself out of bed at 9 in the morning then fail and sleep until noon or 2 PM.
Re: Rick's non-comic Housepets art
Came across this when I was doing some diving in Rick's works.
Seems Hell lava is pretty hard to get out of the fur. At least Rufus is kind enough to help out a demon in need.

I've always considered Rufus a kind, helpful soul. :3

Re: Rick's non-comic Housepets art
Eudoant looks like he is rather annoyed at not only the fact that a couple of mortals were the one that defeated him, but the indignity of being wahsed off in a bath that it way too small for him by a denizen of heaven.
Re: Rick's non-comic Housepets art
Oh, that's just a joy! `course, being an Infernal, you gotta expect Eudoant's the master of the "slow-burn" facial expression.
Good ol' Rufus - never one to hold a grudge.

Are you sure? Because I am pretty positive Eudoant is utterly infuriated and fully embarrassed by all of this. Bonus points if Rufus is talking about it and Eudoant can't do anything to hurt him either.
Re: Rick's non-comic Housepets art
Well, Rufus is a pretty sensitive soul, although I don't think when this is over that he's going to present Eudoant with a dead chicken. Would make an interesting story, how this scene came about...….

Re: Rick's non-comic Housepets art
So you mean he won't be presenting him a CHICKEN? Because all chicken in heaven are dead.
Re: Rick's non-comic Housepets art
The chickens probably just fill the role for the moment and then head on their way when they're done.

That actually would seem to be a bit obvious, though I doubt any chicken would want to volunteer.
Re: Rick's non-comic Housepets art
Oh,yeah! forgot about that. Pretty sure heaven and hell are pretty cool with things and Rufus is just fixing things up like he usually does :3

Re: Rick's non-comic Housepets art
I've always assumed - and Rick might find it worth an arc or two - that there are a lot of rules, protocols, understandings, customs, and treaties between the two realms. Moreover, just as the Celestials move back and forth performing various duties (Cerberus), mentorings (Kitsune and Breel), and meddling (Pete and Dragon) among mortals in the Terrestial world, the Infernals do the same. Indeed, Celestials and Infernals may compete or even, occasionally, cooperate with each other. Cerberus and Eudoant, for example, seem to mirror each other in the roles they play in their respective spheres. So, for narrative purposes, why not assume they know each other and might occasionally interact?

I'm not sure that Eudoant and Cerberus do have the same jobs as Cerberus escorts souls to heaven. I don't think we have ever seen Eudoant escort souls to Pandemonium yet.

Re: Rick's non-comic Housepets art
Strictly speaking, I dunno that this counts as Housepets! art, but it does have Karishad in it. I feel as though some context is necessary for this one; in 2011, Rick's fursona was an anthropomorphic Furret and mine was a squirrel-Cylon (Squylon) with a weed-whacker chainsaw tail of death. We settled all our friendly disagreements with gentlemanly tail duels.
Given Rick's tail is a sapient ninja symbiote, Karishad declared him the winner, but I feel as though a rematch between West of Heaven and Squirrelsune Diss might turn out differently! Time will tell...

Forgot about this one. A rematch could be 8nteresting.

I wanna see a rematch. Squirrelsune Diss is probably a lot more skilled than Squylon Diss. Plus without those goggles, his site should be better. XD

There is no way you will come up on top between the two of them if you get involved in it.

I really like how Grape is dressed like Leon and Maxwell is dressed as Claire from Resident Evil while playing a game that's probably family friendly. I think Max is rocking that red leather jacket.
