A little while ago I ended a short, exhausting, and extremely fun session of Beat Saber, which was my personal reward for completing a lot of accounting and calc work today. Today's my sister's birthday, so tonight I'll be joining her and my family for dinner at a really good restaurant. I've been looking forward to their chicken strips all day <3

My water heater broke so it had to be replaced at the cost of destroying the closet that it was in. The carpet is practically ruined from the water. But in other news I got accepted into one of the MFA programs I applied too but it is my second choice. I'm currently faced with a dilemma of whether or not I should hold out and wait for VCFA to get back to me or spend $400 on a deposit on the summer residency.

Lots of stuff today. After coming home from my accounting class I had to tag along with my mom while our house was cleaned. I picked up a Rocket League car pack for myself and had a nice lunch. I've spent the rest of my day finishing homework and readings. Staying ahead of the relentless waves of deadlines is essential, as I've discovered, so I had to push myself to work more than I wanted, but in the end I'm happy with what I've completed.

Another lucky day for me. We had a bad ice storm so classes were cancelled. I had plenty of time to finish the last of this week's work. Gotta love a smooth transition into the weekend~

Wondering why both of my dogs enjoy licking my feet. My mother says its because they are getting high from the medication that I'm taking but I don't think you can get high from Fluoxetine.

Been working on my OC’s backstory as well as creating the designs for his companions. It is another cruel reminder that I cannot draw. I have to pay someone to do them for me but it won’t be anytime soon.

Classes were cancelled again yesterday, which leaves me in a very good place. My calculus for the week is complete, and all the due dates for accounting were pushed forward to next week, leaving me way ahead of the game. Today I'll focus on the small assignments for other classes since there's nothing else to do.
