Another bit of fanart
Re: Another bit of fanart
Eheh, very good work, Nicholas. Looks like Duchess still has a weakness for corgis... Cool costumes there, D-Rock, Tiger's one fits him perfectly.
Re: Another bit of fanart
Guess that shovel to the dome had longer term impact on Duchess that King intended - spot-on depiction, there, dryideabat.

Cool, I'm glad you like it Douglas. And thanks guys for the nice comments.
Re: Another bit of fanart
Add another bump, maybe she'll start to see clearly again.

Ah, young love.... and, of course, the special romantic gift of a minor concussion. Sigh.

Re: Another bit of fanart
I should have elaborated on the context I was going for. Duchess partially regained her lost memory of her incident with King upon seeing another adorable corgi (i.e. Douglas). However, she did not recall enough to tell that he's not the one who bonked her.D-Rock wrote:Add another bump, maybe she'll start to see clearly again.
Re: Another bit of fanart
Handsome dog with sledge hammer and benign expression ... always an ominous motif.... !
Re: Another bit of fanart
Serene, sardonic, and just a tad sinister ... Nice subtle piece of work,
Re: Another bit of fanart
Cool draw of Tarot.
Found these very nice two recently. A particular underwater Grape drawn by SugmaDusker and the cool kangaroos couple drawn by Domafox.

Re: Another bit of fanart
I just realized that I haven't posted this drawing here yet, even though I drew it over a month ago, whoops.
Bino and Max are shovelling snow, but Bino isn't being wary of ice and starts slipping. Always remember to watch your step kids.

A warning for our times .... and hilariously depicted, too. Nicely done, Tappy. Thanks.

Peanut Black returns! I might color this one someday.
Peanut Black: "I see. The power of imagination is the key. I simply have to think like Peanut to utilize this body's full power... I loved Kingdom Hearts 2."

A true threat to Babylon Gardens.
Re: Another bit of fanart
Took two tries to get this. First try was posted on the Discord, decided to redo it and got this. On the left is Noah, on the right is Baskerville, both will be appearing in Tails of Babylon. Since it included Peanut, decided to post this here as well.
What makes me happy is the fact that this is my best image of Peanut yet.
Re: Another bit of fanart
Nice draw, Tappy Too, Bino is always going to lose the snow shovelling against Maxwell. I don't get that draw, but Mungo is always looking great. Good work as usual, Nicholas. Nice scene, D-Rock.
Re: Another bit of fanart
Got another ToB-related piece done.
Max having a less-than-stellar time with Sucré, while her brother, Salé, is trying to keep things from going out of hand. And here I am partially regretting going for French names.

Oui...
Re: Another bit of fanart
Kind of on a roll with these! The blue snake is Esperanza. Don't worry, she's a friendly one.
Re: Another bit of fanart
Another one. Here we have Benjamin having a less-than-stellar first meeting with Zach and Jess. Another Tails Of Babylon piece.

yeah, that jacket isn't fooling anyone rocky, we know that's you.
Most important thing I've learned from D&D?
No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.

Re: Another bit of fanart
Yes, I realize that Macabre and Benjamin have pretty much the exact same color palette. I've mentioned elsewhere that I have difficulty moving away from rusted color schemes. Looking at my files, seems Macabre came about first, February of 2017 (his original concept is Discord-exclusive). The file for Benjamin's concept is dated at August 2017, though listed as further modified in October. A dig through the ToB thread I feel might be more accurate. Rocky is dated at December 2017
...why am I bothering with digging up this information?
Also, the jacket wasn't my idea. It was Krytus'. I loved it enough to say to keep it.

Awesome work D-Rock. Who wouldn't want to hug Zach like a stuffed animal? Though perhaps Zach was choking and Benjamin was just giving him the Heimlich maneuver.
Wow Krytus The Dreamer! That came out great. Go Secret Agent Kitsune!
I at least colored Peanut in this preview picture.

Yeah, you're right, Bat. Benjamin was just looking for a fluffy friend and not lunch.
So Super Good Boy Rose Peanut Black. Quite a mouthful.

Like the pix much - Grape looks very sly and snarkadilious.
Re: Another bit of fanart
Chaoko drew a few concepts for Housepets fusions long ago, decided to draw one out, myself. Here we have the King and Pete fusion, who I like to call "Kite."

Gotta be some backstory there ... Nice job.
