King’s aren’t the rulers in games,
at least not in these gardens.
They stand by idly and watch
as cold rises and grounds harden.
Fox is running from the snopocalypse,
trying to run faster and faster;
knowing that slowing, even slightly,
would be to invite disaster.
King will regret these ‘fun & games’
they’re ones he can’t teach the pups
and he’d only feel any worse if,
when he met Fox, Fox played ‘keepie-up’s’
at least not in these gardens.

Most important thing I've learned from D&D?
No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.
