Re: 2015/06/10 - Roll Call Rules
What, you expect villains to not steal a guy's house?
So, there just called "The Nefarious Villain"? I could've sworn the red guy was called like "Evil Sorceror" or something like that.

I like this. It's silly.
It's like trying to find the perfect clubhouse, isn't it?

So is that kinda a meta-gag? Since Rick uses the "Nefarious Villains" tag?

Bringing in the roll isn't worth the hassle,
surviving their 'allies' seems half the battle.
No-one cares for the evil dog in a dress
and things rapidly become a complete mess.
The Cyborg's memory file raises a query;
shouldn't he know his foes, at least in theory?
The ubiquitous Villains, standing together for now,
show the others the way to ally – and how.
The Prof's a noted and noticeable nobody,
forgotten by those whose memory's shoddy.
No pizza for the single Samurai Cat dude,
he's there for evil and not for the fast food.
And then we get to the unexpected hump,
the evil looking owner of the evil looking dump.
Who's side's he on? Which way will he jump
as he throws this lot out into the Sahara swamp...

Yea...during the stream Rick looked back to the old strips to see what names he had given the other villians and found to his surprise that he listed them all as 'Nefarious Villians'. Then saying something along the lines of 'Ok, we can use that' he proceeded to draw that segment panel. At least that's my recollection...that was the point at which I had joined the channel.Sleet wrote:So is that kinda a meta-gag? Since Rick uses the "Nefarious Villains" tag?

Re: 2015/06/10 - Roll Call Rules
And the CupCake bot wants his house back.
Ok, so will this arc end with the villains turning on each other in order to get to Spot first? Probably.
Also the true victim here is CupCake Bot, who also happens to be the most evil looking.
A Cat Samurai, this will be interesting.

PLOTTWIST: The Skull thingy turns out to be a very competent villain who just captured Spot (superdog), but BADGUYS decide to free him because they don't want someone else to succeed at their goal.

Aww that's sad but funny. He just comes in during their roll call and is like "get out."
There's no place like home...except the Housepets home page.

Where is a space station when you need one? Bah!
Also: Just imagine in that last panel if he had the voice of a chipmunk...

Re: 2015/06/10 - Roll Call Rules
He wasn't a villain in that strip, just a rival.
I say he died and his place has been taken by his evil twin from the opposite dimension.
Edit: also, why isn't he tagged? He's a recurring character, he needs a tag!

Now that's funny!
Re: 2015/06/10 - Roll Call Rules
Yeah, all these bad guys can't fail the mission, but if neither the roll call can work, it's a bad beginning. Some of these villains are also your enemies, Bino-like dog (we don't know his name, right?), better don't count on them. What? That's neither your own base? Even worse, congrats on your organizing... It's all improvised, then!

Re: 2015/06/10 - Roll Call Rules
In some cases, you probably can survive falling from great heights but it usually depends if you land on something that can break your fall and not actually hit the earth and what body part you land on. Michael Holmes, a skydiving instructor fell over 14000 feet from a plane when his parachute failed to open and he couldn't cut away or deploy his main reserve. He landed in a blackberry bush and suffered only a punctured lung and a shattered ankle.GarrisonSkunk wrote:In the J ward of the local hospital.Argent wrote:How did Professor Killbody survive this strip?

1. You're expecting continuity in a Spot (Superdog) strip?Amazee Dayzee wrote:In some cases, you probably can survive falling from great heights but it usually depends if you land on something that can break your fall and not actually hit the earth and what body part you land on. 1. No I'm not expecting it as I was just EXPLAINING it and how it COULD happen and maybe it did or maybe it didn't but its just ONE way. God.
2. Peanut really needs to set money aside so that he can pay people to have other characters in the comic.
