Spo's relatives
You know, I gotta wonder how many of them have TV or Radio channel acronyms for names (NBC, BBC, PBS, CBC, ABC, TSN, etc.) and have fun with that?
Most important thing I've learned from D&D?
No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.

And government agency names: FBI, IRS, CIA, CDC, etc.
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

Re: Spo's relatives
yeah, but I don't mean just having the name, but acting like the thing the name refers to. Like say, CNN always keeps up to date on the news, or CDC is as close to a doctor as a feral mouse can be.

Oooh! And how USA? He wears a cowboy hat and a poncho, always carries a gun around, and is always munching on an All-American Cheeseburger! XP
Re: Spo's relatives
I figured it out:
If there is one family member for each combination of three letters, there would be 17,576 of them. That's a big family.

I can see some confusion arising for some of these names... How about "You?"

Wait. Is the three-letter names only applied to Spo's siblings or to his WHOLE family? If its his siblings, I feel bad for his parents having to raise all of them.

There are still some cuss words that have only three letters and a few three letter combinations that sound like cuss words.
Re: Spo's relatives
Which, of course, needs no discussion.
Because this apparently needs reiterating... When a mod says to cease discussion about a topic, it means stop, cease, and desist. Not mildly skirt around the topic. That is all

And meanwhile, HAM is plotting global domination, talking like a tim curry villan and just generally chewing the scenery. sometimes literally.

Tic, Tac, and Toe would be obsessed with strategy games.
Alt and Tab would get each other out of stuff.
Esp would be psychic.
Doc would be proficient in first aid.
Imp would be a notorious prankster.
Dog, Cat, Rat, and Bat would have species identity issues.
I could go on.

And then theres Hug and Wuv. probably the two friendliest mice you'll ever meet.
And, Not, Onn, Let, Two, One, The, Off, Inn, and Amm, are really hard to talk to or about though, as frequent miscommunicates occur.
do not let EMP use the microwave. ever.

Hehe, a family reunion arc would do just that. In the meantime it's fun to speculate.
