I would rate Fido that he will pay attention to if such things where mentioned - his name isn't Homer.

It appears that Fido and Sabrina have matching stroke-faces. But yeah, can't wait to see where this goes

Well, in Fido's defense...when you have a girlfriend with the power and/or spiritual connections to make you not born if she wishes, you probably end up saying "Yes, Dear" a lot and learn not to ask questions.....RandomGeekNamedBrent wrote:so Fido didn't even know where she was born? she never even off-handedly mention that she spent her kittenhood outside of the US?

I bet Sabrina is gonna hide her new relationship from Jata for as long as she can, then ends up regretting it.

This looks like one of those arcs where if Sabrina really needed a disguisable boyfriend, Max would fit the T... but when you mentioned Mrs. Doubtfire, then I thought ~ If this comic so far was treated like a cartoon comic ~ What if Grape disguised herself as Max (By borrowing his collar) to avoid borrowing him and the whole arc was about Grape hiding her fangirlism infront of Jata? Bonus points if no one could tell the difference with the collar on.Pecan wrote:Hoping for the former.JohnWillow wrote: You just know this whole thing is going to get blown out of proportion so it's probably going to go one of two ways.

Re: 2013/09/16 - Letting Bygones Be
Since Sabrina grew up with Jata, I wonder if she didn't realize that he would end up so big. I know many animals start out tiny, regardless of how large they become as adults. (That's why there's such trouble with exotic pets. Yes, that tiger or lion cub is cute and cuddly, but it's going to be a big problem someday...)
I wouldn't go so far as to say that Ralph knows about Fido and Sab's relationship, but he probably wouldn't be too surprised to find out about it, considering how we have no idea who his lady friend is. (If he has one...) For all we know he could be going out with a tertiary cosmic nerd that we've never seen before.

Re: 2013/09/16 - Letting Bygones Be
Well, if you think that way then you surely have no idea how to start a conversation. Besides Rick has said already that she is not the kind of talkative cat so I'm not surprised that she hasn't said anything if Fido didn't brought the subject in advance. He is the man, he's the one supposed to show interest on her! Specially when a girl have this kind of personality.valerio wrote:'Right off the bat'?? Oh yes, as if they'd been together for a week or so. But you are right on one thing: They definitely do not really converse with each other.
Love and respect don't exclude each other! In fact, with one comes the other. Fido has respected Sabrina's privacy (and he's taking risks for her!) and DESERVED to be given a fair amount of information from her! When you love someone, you don't start prying, you expect honesty. She. has. been. honest. NOT!
But as I said before, he's the forgiving kind of dog, I'm sure he won't let this accident kill the best thing of his life. But you can't expect him to trust blindly her from now on.
And when I said "respect" I meant the respect of the other dogs. Of course they respect each other, otherwise I really doubt that they could sustain a relationship if there's no trust between them. Besides, just because she didn't tell him doesn't mean she has been dishonest. She didn't lied to him.
I think this arc is about Fido taking the decision of choose between his love or his reputation. He can't go against social conventions and expect to be loved by everyone after all. Social pressure is so unfair but there's no much you can do against it. It has been constructed over centuries, it's not that easy to go against it and be taken with light heart by the rest of society.

I wouldn't be suprised, if EVERONE (except Bino) knows about their relationship, we already know three Persons....ehm...PETS, who know about their sectret. We know Peanut & Grape wanted to keep it as a secret, but maybe King said one or two words to Bailey, the wolves or even Fox (but I think Fox wouldnt mind it, because he respects Fido too much.).Gbr23 wrote:I dont know why, but I have this feeling that tells me that Sergeant Ralph somehow already knows about Fido´s and Sabrina´s relationship, I dunno ... All I´m saying is that if in some point of this arc the releationship is revealed and Ralph is like "I already know" I wouldnt be THAT surprised. I know I might be wrong, I mean I know I´m probably wrong (I´ve never been accurate about guessing what is going to happen next in any HP arcs) but it´s a thought I have been thinking ... am I the only one with this feeling ?
Maybe it was Sabrinas Dad who brought Pete's Temple to Babylon Gardens, what would explain why the Borders were sealed.

Well, perhaps Sgt. Ralph is a little suspicious, but as I recall, he's not the brightest LED on the string, either. Not as thick as Kevin, of course, but he's no Fido, either. Just sharp enough to be a bit of problem.
