if you're looking out for one, go to the housepets! facebook page. Click on 'photo'. There is a beach theme picture with a link to wallpapers for PC.

You know, I am surprised more wallpapers have not been made yet... Frooxius made some, and they are in his Gallery thread Here.

I suppose a thread can be made if there is any interest in having fan made wallpapers. And those are done in the old style.
