"Scream Thy Last Scream" - Pink Floyd

The song was to be released on their second album, A Saucerful of Secrets, but it was pulled from release due to the band feeling it was too personal, and that it referred to Barrett's mental condition.

Anybody else excited about/looking forward to the 20th anniversary re-release of Nirvana's In Utero?
It also comes with the full Live & Loud performance, one of few fully professionally recorded concerts with fourth member Pat Smear. I've seen most of it already (in terrible quality though) and its awesome.

I'm not gonna buy it because I'm broke but that does sound awesome. That's my favorite nirvana album. Never mind has better singles but taken as a whole I like In Utero better.

If you like loud and noisy rock, listen to Sonic Youth. "Dirty" is one of my favorite albums.

Yeah, same here. In Utero was like how they were live, loud and noisy.

Well I found a music Genre called chillstep. I don't know how long it's been around or if even it is a genre, but take a listen for yourself: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1mlAbSUUlU I find it to be really good background music. Great for well chilling out =P

"Pretty On the Inside" - Hole
both underrated and overlooked, this is the only 100% punk rock album the band recorded.

Here's a song that I most recently can't stop listening to. It's kinda funny because it reminds me a lot of the new art that Rick recently made. Too bad summer is over. :(

I never heard of this genre, but this is actually pretty awesome; way better than listening to actual dubstep in my opinion. It really does happen to give you that "chilled out" feeling. Nice find. ;3

Guys, Sigur Ros is awesome in concert. Everything was lovely and it was actually much more energetic than I had expected! <3

Okay, then I'll hope that all the money I had saved for holidays will be enough to get me Finnish EU visa and tickets to Helsinki. Apparently, Sigur Ros aren't getting any closer to me than that in foreseeable future.

Yeesh. How far is that? The furthest I've gone to concerts was six hours (Chicago for Iron Maiden and Dream Theater).

Well, 14 hours on direct train (or you can take high-speed ones, make transfer in St. Petersburg and shave off a couple of hours), or ~2 by plane. Main problem is that it's veeeery difficult to align all the different schedules.
Could wait for them coming to Moscow, but heh, they've cancelled concerts here twice already :x

Well, I'm not taking an overnight train, probably. Using all of those discount "miles", etc., flight will be cheaper, so I just have to figure out if airline will cope with me getting a more than 50% discount
And hey, it's all worth it when speaking of nice music!

Well there goes my street-cred.
(Though to be fair my bruises to miles travelled ratio is probably better. :p )
