I understand what you are saying, but personally I don't like to call that someone a "natural" drawer. *shrugs* It's just something to me that makes it sound like they can do it without any effort or practice.

You can't help it if you have less drawing ability than others, but you can make up for it with effort. Really that formula applies for anything.
Agreed. I've seen a few people grow as artists just by watching their work over the course of X years. Some learn quicker, some learn slower.
