Sorrow: I recently decided to look for an around-ear pair of headphones for use with my computer. After having used earbuds for over a year, I had gotten a headset so I could use Skype, and found that I liked headphones over earbuds by quite a lot. Unfortunately, they are an on-ear design. They are alright for Skype calls, but they can get really uncomfortable after having them on for a really long time, so I needed to get an around ear design.

The sorrow part is this is that around-ear design headphones seem to be more expensive as a general rule. I was looking to not have to spend more than $35, but the only decent ones that I could really find were in the $50-60 range at the lower end.

Joy: I had enough money anyway, so I got a pair despite being about twice what I wanted to spend. They are Skullcandy (From what I have seen, they are a pretty decent brand), and are the most comfortable headphones I have ever worn. Plus they have a lifetime warranty from manufacturing defects, and I'll get 50% credit of their value if pretty much anything else happens to them.

Sorrow: Our schedule for school constantly changes everyday. Ugh, I hate it...
Sorrow: This heatwave is killing me...
Sorrow: So apparently we have to go to school from 7am - 5:30pm, which is roughly longer than how long my parents work.
Sorrow: I feel tired and stressed with all this stuff going on.
Sorrow: Just remembered I started a fanfiction and left it dead for almost a month now.
Sorrow: I have a lot of sorrows, don't I? I apologize for that...

Sorrow: My parents cars were broken into last night. Luckily only a few inexpensive things were stolen.

Joy: it's almost the Fourth of July, I can't wait to eat, swim and watch the fireworks!
Joy: summer semester classes are more than half way over for me! I don't even really care if I make an A, at this point in time I'd just like to pass and get on with my life.

Sorrow - wasted the whole day standing in queues to get just 2 papers as a result.
Joy - but at least I've got one of the application 'requests' for the universities ready!
Joy - just got my new eyeglasses

Should have changed them a year ago, really.

Joy: I leave for London on Sunday
Sorrow:stressing over packing. I always manage to convince myself I'll mess something up or that something is going to be lost.
Sorrow: I need to pretty much spend today and thursday working all day/afternoon and preparing (packing pre-screening films ect.) all night.
Super-mega Joy: My short film looks like it's actually going to happen in April and I'm working with some wonderful people and life is just pretty rad in general.

sorrow : and what do you know , my pc started to get all auto shutdown ever 15 minutes on me this morning , doesn't do that anymore , but it's a sign , might need to get it fix , KARMA WHY MUST YOU TORTURE ME LIKE THIS ?

Have you tried working in Google Docs? It automatically saves everything you do. EVERYTHING. And you can access it from pretty much any device (Phones and tablets included) that can connect to the internet.

The only downside is that you have to be connected to the internet to type something up. Other than that, it's pretty much just as good as Microsoft Word. (The 2007 version at least. I haven't used the 2010 version, so I can't compare it to that.)
