How come Jack looks so much thinner and weaker now? In 'this was about Christmas?' Jack seemed to be more powerful. Also, did Miles gain a few pounds? He looks a little fat to me.

Otherwise, great job Rick!

Completely agree with this statement. In fact, I said pretty much the same thing on the "wet markers" discussion thread!

Y'all may have somehow missed that the art style changed and Rick is using more non-traditional body styles for some characters, to assist with differentiation. Miles hasn't gotten fat, his new design is more muscular. "Four Finger Discount" Jack's newish design fits his character pretty well, I think.

We didn't miss the 3.0 memo. We already knew how to differentiate between each character, and when Rick decided to change their appereances, it was like seeing completely different characters (Yeltsin being the prime example).

It's like when they switched Jennifers in back to the Future, or the two Darrin's on bewitched, or the change from funky haircuts to bumpy foreheads on Klingons.

Miles has always been really muscular and "Four Finger Discount" Jack was never drawn at nearly the same thickness as his brothers-in-law (if "in-laws" made sense in wolf society).

Plus 'thin & wiry' is usually a sign of a more mentally cunning person. Or someone who wants to be more mentally cunning anyhow.

Sid's magical talent/curse is stealing small valuable objects without being aware of it. It's kind of the driver for the first story arc in Widdershins.

What's funny is that me and my brother practiced swiping things from people's hands.

Why?

Well, this kid owes me a buck and he won't pay up. He thinks it's funny to wave the money around like it's some joke.

I can't wait to see the look on his face when I get my money.

Wow, Jack's surely fast. Honestly, it took me by surprise, I didn't expected him to be as sneaky (maybe I could expected it if he was a cat, not a wolf  ). I think he could be a good partner for the racoons.

Zealot, with those two signatures, I have to ask... Have you ever been to the www.crosstimecafe.com ? Where Kathy Garrisson-Kellog (hope I spelled that correctly) produces a Hyena based webcomic called 'Carry on' and her husband Scott puts '21st Century Fox'? (Mark Stanley and his 'free fall' also go in along with Jenner's 'DocRat'. You should take a peek.

I read some of it, and all the freefall, but my signatures are unrelated, I made the jokes myself (JOKE! I meant to say joke! The hyenas are canines statement are NOT a joke! Never! Don't touch me!) This thread is about Jack, however, so I'll PM you the rest of the details so as to not let the thread stray and Discretion, the crazy squirrel, ends up coming personally to my house and throwing acorns at me until I die (I'm sure he's done it before!).
