I was really excited for him when he signed with the lakers but I agree it doesn't look like it's happening this year.

Lakers team, in my opinion was built wrong from the start. There're too many people who wants to get ball and keep it in hands - Kobe, Nash, Howard, Artest (I know he changed name, but I'm still calling him his old one) and Gasol in the starting lineup. Nash needs ball to be effective, same Kobe. Artest always was type of player, who loves to have ball, same Howard. Probably the less problems are with Gasol, who could play effective without ball.

It was fun to watch and a bit painful. Right now I'm just happy with how well they did and how far they got. With a rookie QB too!
I can't wait till next season!

I know nothing about football, and even I knew that was a close game.

I thought the Seahawks had it for a second on that last play of the game just before Atlanta intercepted it.
Oh well, back to waiting for the NHL season to start, which btw, will be either Jan 19th or Jan 21st. I'm so excited the dispute has finally been settled, finally I can see some HOCKEY!!!

I have the feeling Russell Wilson will get plenty more opportunities.

The NHL Season is now in full swing, and with the extra short season, every game feels like a playoff game
This is by far going to be my favorite year for hockey EVER!

I'm a huge Red Wings fan myself.
It's been a pretty up and down season so far but I'm just glad hockey's back.

Yeah, The Red Wings really have been faltering in flight recently. Loosing two amazing players like Tomas Holmstrom and hall of famer Nickolas Lindstrom to retirement have really taken a toll on their line-up.

Yeah Holmstrom was always my favorite player. Quite the inspiration to kids like me who couldn't skate that well but were hard to move and didn't mind a couple cross checks now and then.
I'm not too worried. I think that they'll pull it together and keep the playoff streak alive this year. It'll be a rough couple of years but I try to stay updated on the Wing's prospects and it seems to me that there's a lot of talent coming up in the next 3-5 years.
