I personally enjoyed the second movie of American Tail more than the first one. I also hated the whole "it was a dream" pulled by the third movie.

The second, if I remember correctly, is actually pretty good. It was an actual attempt at a sequel rather than a cheap cash-in like most animated sequels.

This chat thread just gives me no interest in actually talking since I don't remember the American Tail movies. :I

So, the semester's almost over for everyone~ Does that mean more college students out partying for a while? :P

Definitely gotta party, this semester kinda sucked, so party it off and try harder next one. Relaxing back home is also a nice thing though.

I would go partying if I liked to party, if I drank, and if I had friends to party with.

I'm boring.

Not right now everyone's sort of shut in their dorms or the library getting ready for finals or whatever. As soone as finals ends me and some friends have some get togethers planned but right now everyone's too busy.

I weren't on any party for half a year. And to be honest, somehow I don't feel upset because of it. I never was a party animal at all.

You don't need a ton of friends to have fun, nor does that fun have to be in the context of parties.

College parties can be pretty awesome but I never understood the kids who do that every weekend. Gotta mix it up sometimes small get-togethers are way more fun than any big party. If you mix it up you avoid getting burnt out at college parties which is avery real possibility because most of them are pretty much the same.

Parties were just a bunch of people I didn't know and didn't find particularly interesting, plus alcohol. And people trying to get dates.

See those are the kinds of parties I can get behind. I like having stuff to do at parties. It's no fun drinking alcohol, listening to top 40s music and talking to random boys/girls I don't know. That's why I have the most fun partying with my high school friends. And my furry friends. That's always fun. :3

I always expect some fun, nice talk and laugh at party. When it's only about alcohol and dates, it's no fun and I feel uncomfortable.

I don't care much for parties.

Heckk, I don't even like celebrating my Birthday with a party! I can only stomach them most of the time because I get to eat a lot.

I like parties, but I have to know some people there or I freak out a little. I have anxiety issues.

Yeah that is extremely accurate, thankfully for me anyway I'm getting over most of that, which likely has to do with a job that has me working with the public all the time. (I work in a movie theater)

Love the comic. My social anxiety has never exactly been crippling but I can certainly relate. I have more than my fair share of neuroses.

As far as the whole alchohol/parties thing goes I've found (in my studies abroad where i was legal. underage drinking is bad kids) that I enjoy a few drinks with good company. A party with people I know or at least having a group of friends to go out with can be incredibly fun and lead to meeting new and interesting people I'd otherwise never had crossed paths with (a night spent in a pub in amsterdam talking to some Dutch gentlemen after a punk show comes to mind) but the whole going to a random college party full of people I don't know? Ick.
And of course some weekends are best spent ignoring the parties and hanging out in your dorm with some friends, some good flicks, and a gamecube.

That comic used to be accurate for me, but honestly I just don't care what people think about me anymore. I've become apathetic in recent years.

Which is generally a good thing, but there's a certain degree of healthy concern over how you make yourself appear.
