I saw Rick's first sketches on the new look for the Housepets cast, and truth be told, I was inspired.
And at the same time today, I was rewatching Honey and Clover, this anime about love and the hurts that come with it.
I've always liked the art style, and had wanted to try the Eastern furry artist style again. So, 6 hours later...



As with most things now, I was inspired by a song, in this case, this one: Honey & Clover OST - Sorezore no Omoi

I always pictured Tarot with long hair if she was somewhere near human =P

I like how when furries wear clothes, they have those little button straps of material for the tail holes in jeans and pants. Quite the nice little addition.

Quite a different take on Grape. Although with this new style I just do not know anymore.

That style reminds me of Furry Experience (A web comic). It isn't the same, but it looks pretty close.
