Looking it up, it appears to be a shout of anger similar to 「こらぁ！」 (koraa!) which is usually directed at someone like: "HEY! YOU!"
In this case it works in a kind of funny way, where the cat is yelling at Primo and Spike for using foul language

So that's the meaning of this bar not bad at all
