I'd caution against it as this has never been a very supernatural setting, and specifically that the way it's been done in Applegate has been a major influence on the setting. I'm one for the idea that neighborhoods should all be quite different in setting, to provide a nice variety...

I agree as well, but this I also feel that tis RP need something to spruce it up a little.
