I get that impression too on occasion and then he says something completely normal, making him seem more human...I mean more squirrel...I mean less power-mad robot squirrel...

Very few things warrant instant, permanent banishment. As long as you do not post pornographic or graphically violent images, do not impersonate moderators or openly flame or troll the site, and are not a spam bot, you will always get sufficient warning prior to any sort of ban.

Spambots are forum members who are controlled by computers and not people who exist to advertise random crap. They're pretty easy to spot. For starters, they usually speak very poor English.
