yeah, good point, if nobody else makes a post I'll make one.
Buuut, if anybody wants, I could bring Sly into the conversasion. He's much, much more talkative and "Let's do this!"-ish than Awesome.

Well, I could throw Surge there as well, but I felt it too coincidental where Honey and Vanilla are there at that moment.

feel free to join in with Surge instead of my Sly. You've got a point though, there'd be 5 RP-ers and 6 pets in that group if Surge did come. Still, I've seen more people RP-ing through the same event at the same time before.
Re: PF: Radiant Gardens OOC
I'm good with either option, it'll be a slight amount of torture for Shiro, but it should hopefully be a good experience in the end.

I'm still hanging to this place and hoping. I had apparently missed the bit about Chewy departing the forum though.
As to the whole GM bit, I'll be holding out and waiting to see who else is still around before making a vote on that matter. ^_^'; Only seems sensible considering.

he's not. I asked him cause I wondered the same thing. He may have just meant RP though. or just posting. he provided the post where it was revealed (not by Chewy himself) and said that Sleet confirmed it.

Re: PF: Radiant Gardens OOC
No, I'm not. This RP is completely different to the one I joined. No fault of anyone here. It's just because every character I was used to has changed. That, and the oldest theme of this place (magic) was constantly shot down. It's just not fun for me anymore.
No offence guys, I'm sure you're all nice.
No offence guys, I'm sure you're all nice.
Re: PF: Radiant Gardens OOC
@44R0NM10: Which is something that in all honesty saddens me a bit. Magic and certain possibilities that are supposed to exist with in this neighborhood are a part of why I applied for it in the first place. After finding out those things were only vaguely a part of it now I chose to keeping hanging on to it for two reasons. One is because I rather like the characters I've designed for it, and two is in hopes that the old themes might someday return.
Of course, it's also sad to see such a cool player leaving, we've only done a little RP'ing together but you're fun to RP across from I gotta say R0N. Still, it can't really be helped if you aren't having any fun in the RP.
@Racoon: Out of those that have said they're still here so far I'd say either Seth or Leaf in regards to the GM spot. I know enough about each of them to know they're both around often enough and to feel that either of them could do the job.

Re: PF: Radiant Gardens OOC
You guys don't do the magic stuff anymore? But the only other thing I associate with RG is overly-dramatic teenagers...
We still have magic in BsM... >!>;;
Aaron> yeah, I miss alot of the origional characters from BsM, like Rocky, Zeke, Kytes, Pifer, Trinket, Frank, and Kyra. It's still basically the same setting though, just without most of the characters it was built with...
To be honest, I'm not sure it's really fair to join a neighborhood and then try to alter the setting: we try and keep diversity in the neighborhoods when we make them, so no two of them have the same mechanics. If you want mechanics that aren't there, you should just start a new one...
Shiro> Ok, I put them in that post I made keeping track of all this...
Seth and Leaf, if either of you is interested in taking charge of this RP and devoting some time to running it, you should step forward...

Re: PF: Radiant Gardens OOC
There's still the clubhouse and the park, but that's really all there is for a setting. There used to be a main antagonist and a few pets who knew magic to some degree, but that was our only really unique thing. It could be done again, if everyone wants magic and drama.

I already run one RP thread, I'd prefer not to pick up another (that and I'm in Amserdam all month, so I'll be a bit distracted to say the least.) I really doubt I'd be a good choice. Unless I'm the absolute last option I'm gonna say no thanks.RockstarRaccoon wrote:

I think we should also make a vote for the magic in RG...

Re: PF: Radiant Gardens OOC
They probably do. In either case though, you should make the sheet and post it in the Main OOC, which is a stickied thread in the OOC forum. Then they can go ahead and look at it when they come back with questions, and if they say no, you can take that character sheet to another neighborhood.

Re: PF: Radiant Gardens OOC
I have no objections to running this if ChewyChewy, who was, if I remember correctly, elected as assistant GM for here, doesn't feel like stepping up to run here when they return.
Although I will say that I will be rather strict on the RP forum's rules as well as the house rules for the RP if I am chosen to run RG. I don't like seeing half-command half-ask people in control. I understand that strongly suggesting is preferred, and one of the easiest things to use to control things, and I will strongly suggest things, but there are things that are considered to be minor offenses, and there are others that are major offenses, and I would like to avoid the major ones being made.
Also, it all comes down to what's being pushed. I intend to keep the "Three sentence minimum" that CTC put in place, but I will allow it to be ignored if one's post is descriptive enough on what the character is doing, but on other things, like say, the magic rules, I will keep magic, but I will keep close watch on it to make sure nobody is being forced to do something they don't want to and that it isn't going too far beyond the silly line of the comic.
I intend to try and keep the basic idea of RG that I perceived, even if it's not entirely accurate.
