Well, how "funny" something is is entirely subjective. What might be hilarious the first time around and only get funnier with subsequent use to one person might be dull or irritating to another person right off the bat. Everyone has different senses of humor and varying tolerance levels for differing sorts of humor.

A good example would be Dane Cook. He's considered by a lot of people to be one of the funniest stand-up comedians alive. But on the other hand, there are a huge number of people who think he's just downright annoying to listen to and one of the least funny people imaginable.

For me, one meme that does seem to get funnier each time I see it is the one with Dwayne Johnson sitting in the front seat of a car looking back at a girl in the backseat and asking a question, the girl replies with something silly or unexpected, and then it pops back to Dwayne giving this horrified look. Makes me laugh every time.

Y'know what I have an irrational hatred of? When i have multiple friends/ acquaintances with the same name. There are a ton of names stop naming your @#@@##@$@$ kids Larry.

There is this one guy who wanders down a side street near my house on a pretty regular basis. I can see it from my window, and he always walks down the same side of the street, stops, and starts looking up at my window. My vision's pretty bad without my glasses, so I can never tell if he's looking right at me or he's just looking in my general direction. And every time I get up to grab my glasses, by the time I get back, he's not there anymore.

It's pretty weird.

Memes are usually funny by itself, when people start referencing them in real life or make spinoff/parodies the funniness(?) runs out pretty fast.

Memes get old too fast because people just overuse a new meme and leave out any good underused meme.
