I do believe this is a jab at Samuel L. Jackson. Good show, Rick.

and great movie.

I'll be honest, this one wasn't too funny to me. But I'll admit I probably don't get the reference.

The Avengers is a great movie that is fairly highly rated by most critics and viewers, yet Samuel L. Jackson reacted pretty badly to one negative review. Tweeting that he and his followers should "help him find a job he's good at" and some other things. at least this is my understanding.

So what you're saying is that Spot (Superdog) is the Samuel L. Jackson of the Housepets!/Peanut's comic universe.
And that he'll probably fix this bad review with some punching or spinning.

... I don't get the serious business of movie reviews. I've seen some heavily dissed movies that I rather liked and highly rated ones that I thought was a waste of my time. So in my honest opinion, reviews and ratings only go so far.

I like the jab at Rotten Tomatoes. It is proof that you can't please everyone all the time. You should never be disheartened by some critics. They cannot create so they exist to destroy.

Rick really likes movies

Also yes return of Bat-Bat

Is it "mobile-mobile" as in "moh-bul moh-beel" or "moh-beel moh-beel"? Or, affording for different pronunciations, "capable-of-moving vehicle" or "vehicle vehicle"?

I say the first one. Because then it's ironic if it's taken out of commission.

So..... does this mean the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are the same in Housepets! as they are now? I mean, they are already anthropomorphized, so it wouldn't need it.

For the most part I can agree with the negative review, as there are only three good superheroes: Spiderman, Batman, and Ralph Hinkley.

Bat-Bat appears here
So, we've seen them all before, but this is their first major appearance.

Huh, and I already thought this arc was Avengers fanboying, but this changes everything.
