Animal hats!

Post by Sansash »

No, not hats made from animals! Hats that resemble animals! I see kids with them all the time at work. I saw a mall hall vendor a while back selling them and they had one otter hat that I probably should have bought for myself. Does anybody else have a favorite animal hat they own or wish to own?

I wish to own a fox cap. Leafolawl has one, and it's exactly the one I want.

I'd like to get one of these babies at some point. :3

Everything this person does is pretty high quality. And they've got a pretty wide variety of hats, scarves, and other things on sale. They also take commissions to do customized hats and such, so they've got quite a bit to offer.

(I swear I'm not being paid to advertise. Lol.)

Nice pitching, KJ. You have helped me in deciding to buy one of these hats :D
It is a pretty sweet cap though. 30 bucks is a decent price too.

This one, and I know it's a bit off topic, but...I'm seriously wanting this. A proper husky hat would also be nice, but I think this one comes close enough, so it's on my wish to own list too.

Edit: Also, it's Coatl_Ruu that has the fox hat to my knowledge.

I know right? I'd order it(and the hats) right now, but I'm completely broke, so it's impossible. Still, that site is awesome, and the fact they do custom work makes that much more so.

I'd pay 80 bucks for that, if I could get my mom to let me buy it. She probably wouldn't want me wearing it in public.
I wouldn't care one bit.

I'll definately check this site out some more.

Currently, I do not really want one. I have seen many of them in the Flea Market, but always and only of common animals. AKA I have never and probably will never find one that represents Squirrels outside of the internet.

Those hats are awesome! I'm not to big on hoodies, though.

*Noms on a Sleet ear* Buy the hoodie, enjoy it's warmth and foxy-ness, you know it to be right.

No, but seriously, if the hoodie looks like something you really would like, then the best advise I can give to you is this. Jump in head long, take the leap and forget about what might come from it. Letting yourself be stifled or stymied by fear or trepidation of any kind is a far worse a thing then any might or maybe. Now I'm not saying 'buying no matter what', but if it's something you can afford and you really want it, then go for it. That's what I say at least.

I actually would wear that if it existed, and that's not just me servicing a joke (it is me shamelessly promoting my art, but I do that all the time). I'd love to own a hat that wears a hat. And is also a dragon thing with socks and a scarf.

Also I'd probably wear a pterodactyl hat if somebody made one that wasn't stupid looking(let's be honest here) just a cone or a piece of styrofoam. Pterodactyls are pretty happenin', especially the cool looking kind that I don't think ever existed.

One of the kiosks in the mall near my house sells animal hats. I don't particularly want any of them, but there's a panda hat and a grey wolf hat.

I would love to wear it too, but I have no idea about how one goes about making hats.

I don't really like the hood aspect of them. They seem less playful and more "I killed an animal and wear it on my head."
