That past title seems more fitting now.
Well yes it's a visceral threat, but it's a lot less so than the proposed one, which probably WOULD almost break the rating. But I mean, just look at Spongebob. Even eye injuries can be amusing.

Guys I am getting the feeling that this ending was cheap to some people. I didn't want this to go on for any longer than this (I haven't done a short arc in a while!) and I sorta feel like some people keep trying to bully me into including more and more plot elements. Or in this case, take out plot elements, as people didn't want Bino in the arc at all. And people were otherwise expecting me to perform miracles of plot weaving. Why is it that people start expecting miracles 100% of the time!
Personally I really didn't expect this arc to go on for that long anyway and quite frankly I enjoyed the ending a lot nothing about it felt cheap. Was it a little bit shorter then I expected yes but I don't really care all that much.

Woah, calm down o_O.
All I meant with that quote was that it fit in to Kyderra's situation.

This is the problem with a discussion of an ongoing plot. Readers start to assume things and make expectations based on those assumptions.
As a fan of the comic myself, I let my thoughts wander and my questions jump out into writing. But this is just discussion with other readers about their theories.
It was never my intent to alienate the author :?.

The arc was good, I liked it, and I laughed many times.
I don't intend to influence your writing and I'm sure nobody else here does either.
Keep up the great work and I look forward to everything to come.

Heh, I kinda get what you mean, but not really on the same scale. I finished my final year of school (Year 13) yesterday, and although I've still got my A-Level exams coming up (the last exams before you go to university, I think the American equivalent would probably be the SATs), I do feel...panicky.

if you lived close to me, I would come over and fix it :(
.. on the other side, i would also stalk you nonstop, so probably for the best.

this arc reminded me a lot of this video:

Sasha has really outdone herself in my eyes. Hmmm... I wonder it's savant syndrome she has, making her so skilled in the musical department.

I may be a bit late, since all the turmoil that has come up and died down, but I have completely no problem with this arc, it had no flaws, and it ended with a little background on Sasha. I did not vote on it just because I wanted a "meaningful story" so much as I wanted to hear something about Sasha. I have no idea what all the tormenting on this strip is about. We may not see Sasha or Bino for a while, sure, excepts we will have another story with another great character in this comic. :D

You could relieve that panick by shrieking responsibilities for once. Draw a cameo by yourself!

Feel the need to spead fear on your imaginary world!

... only for it all to backfire horribly on you in the end :|

Personally though, Rick. your arc was fine. it wasn't FANTASTIC of course, but it was still a great arc. You don't have to blow all of your creative energy every week and it's fun to experiment. I took this arc like a arc that was about a side character from a TV show just to have fun with. not everyone can be impressed with Sasha or Bino for that matter, but it happens!

I actually did like this arc. I was just giving Rick a hard time because I didn't get my way. But that's what fans are for, eh? You can please some of the people some of the time, but you darn well better please me all of the time.

Anyways, I hope the next arc is about Joey! Or the Milton Ferrets!

If I maintain my rate of posting, I should have 1k posts in exactly 14 days! I have a small tingling feeling in the back of my mind that tells me to slow down...

((Edit: It only took me four days! I somehow feel that's not necessarily a good thing.))

I gotta say, I did not expect Sasha to know how to play the piano. I was kinda impressed. And the title of the song was epic.

For what it's worth, I thought you handled that arc very well. No need to panic; remember that you don't technically owe us anything; you can't please everyone, and many of us will be happy with your comic no matter what you do. Well, within reason of course.

One-offs appeal to those of us who like "background" characters. People like Joey would have little-to-no character development without one-offs!

Prediction: There will be one-offs till at least the comic's two-year anniversary. = P

Max would be better as Han Solo.
Who would the others be?

EDIT: This discussion could be in another topic. Maybe one that compares Housepets! characters to characters of other fandoms. I would make the thread myself, but I have not idea what to name it, or where it would go.
