 Well, my surgery went about as wrong as it could have gone So, my surgery on Friday went so horribly wrong that I'm only getting out of the hospital NOW because of it. So, as you may be aware I had to get my tonsillitis and adenoids removed on Friday the 13th and the surgery itself went alright. However, when I got home I was sitting on my couch watching Godzilla vs Mothera and drinking juice and painkillers down, while I was watching the poorly dubbed monster movies I started to throw up, a lot, and it was blood. The spots where the adenoids and tonsillitis were didn't clot SO I had to be rushed back to the hospital to have emergency surgery to stop the bleeding while I vomited the entire way. To make a long story short, I ended up with dehydration from the vomit and had to stay in the hospital until just a bit ago to remain under observation with an IV in me for over 30 hours.

Re: Well, my surgery went about as wrong as it could have go on the plus side you can say you vomitted blood. Not alot of people get to expierience that.
(but seriously get well soon and such, that sounds awful)

Re: Well, my surgery went about as wrong as it could have go No, they did, I just have a problem with forming blood clots, also I have chronic heartburn so that took away what clots I was able to form, so they had to cauterize the inside of my throat.

Any time the words "cauterized" and "throat" are used in the same sentence... well, yikes. Best of luck with the recovery.
