So guys, I'm going in for throat surgery tomorrow to get my giant tonsoles and adenoids removed, and 'm freaking out. I have never had surgery before in my life, and I'm sort of freaking out about it. Plus, ITS ON FREAKING FRIDAY THE 13TH! I know its irrational, but I'm nervous.

I've had that done before, it's not bad at all. I don't even remember most of it. (I was a kid at the time though)

And the Friday the 13th thing is nothing to worry about. Don't let it get in your head.

You'll be fine. It's a very simple procedure and Friday the 13th is just like any day. *hugs you* You're in my prayers. I'm sure it'll go perfectly.

And then there's that myth about free ice cream that I believe is false. Not sure. :P

I wish you a good luck!
freaking out is a trigger of negative influence; not friday the 13th. calm down.
Hope you get and feel better. *hugs* bless ya.

I just don't like teacher that gives a mark based on faveritism(sp). In mandatory computer class, my friend handed in a powerpoint project with no transaction, no animation,no design but gradation(Sp) on background and face of his picture and got 90's while I handed in ppt project with all the possible practical uses and got 75. Eventough it was ppt tools skill testing.
my friend has big common with computer teacher. hockey, football etc.. I think thats why :( and other football and hockey lovers got pretty high mark too.
No hate towards my friend. He is my bestie.

Yes, the ice cream thing is a lie, sherbet and Root Beer Italian Ice is what my mum got. I wasn't aware Root Beer flavored Italian ce was a thing. Plus its in the afternoon at 1:10, and I can't eat or drink before it.

Yep. Root Beer Italian Ice is actually pretty popular. At least where I work. Considering the way one would generally eat it (sucking on it until it liquidizes), it makes sense that people who like Root Beer would enjoy it in Italian Ice form too.

One of my teachers is completely unpredictable when it comes to grading. Sometimes, things I turn in get marked down as 0s, and then other times stuff I didn't do at all will get arbitrarily excused and not count against me. I dunno, I get good grades in the class, so I suppose I'm doing it correctly?

not sure about a tonsillectomy, but my adenoidectomy was fine. You just go to sleep and wake up minus a body part you didn't even know you had before findong out you needed it removed.

I should explain this a little.

A garbage truck backed into my truck. And for reasons that I won't explain, that led me to also drive all around trying to meet up with someone who thought my truck must have been totaled or something, thus wasting a lot of gas that I would rather not use.

I guess I was lucky, to a degree.
The garbage truck only left a minor scrach on the front bumper, so it's not like it was that bad.
