I can bet Sleet has seen that, seeing as even I have come across it. Hehe.

Random note. I watched the Rescuers and Rescuers Down Under films again. So great. ;-;

I saw that video before and I love it. I'm so jealous.

I haven't seen that movie in so long!

Down Under? O.o

(To Dissension: Have never seen nor heard of the film. I've seen The Rescuers, but have not heard of a sequel).

P.S. Does anyone here read "Zombie Hunters?"

as i said, it's a very very boring picture on a windows. download it and open it in textedit! all i'm using it for is proof that jpgs can be really hardy, not for actually being a 'good' glitch.

stuff like this is more my taste. very creepy. (and it looks the same on both my windows and my mac!)

i've also discovered in the hours since my last post here, that pdfs are ridiculous as sound. call of cthulhu's pdf was, appropriately, noise... with this really creepy squeaking noise every few seconds or so. perhaps it was where the page breaks were defined? perhaps font and size information is stored all at once? perhaps those are images -within- the pdf? whatever the cause, it was only on average every few seconds; it was unpredictable and overall quite creepy.
oh, and it ran for thirteen minutes.

I have no argument for the last one, but can you be so sure that you're mortal when you haven't died yet? if you've never been around a dog, can you say you are allergic to dogs? if you got bitten or scratched or whatever when the moon was going down, so you never turned, can you be sure you're actually a werewolf now?

I say you turn into a werewolf on your first full moon after being bitten, you become allergic to dogs when you experience your first reaction, and you become mortal on your first death, or near-death.

but for times other than the first time, it's pretty dumb.

Ooh, I like that one. It makes you feel like something's "hidden" in it but it's vague enough that your mind can wander to anything.

Haha, the effect's kind of different for me thanks to having the original to compare it to, but yeah, it's fun.

I hear on windows machines you can open up a bmp or tiff file in wordpad and then just save it and that can produce some pretty weird glitches from that alone! I have yet to try it. I think I will now!

Rook: Yes I often visit the "Zombie Hunters" web comic just wish they would get back to zombie hunting.

Side note there is a free download for the music of the Squidbillies tv show at AdultSwim so enjoy. ^_^

This reminds me of an argument I had about "existence" on DA the other day.

You're right in that you can't actually know that you're mortal, allergic to dogs, or a werewolf until the first time you experience the traits that characterize that particular thing, but that still doesn't change the fact that you are allergic to dogs before you meet one, or a werewolf before the time of your first turning. It's not something you can really prove, but a lack of knowledge about something doesn't change the nature of that particular thing.

If that makes sense?

Edit: Also, about Adult Swim. I don't really dislike it, I don't think. I just don't find most of the material to be terribly funny or otherwise entertaining. Though I guess I don't really have a say in what's funny since I think Family Guy is funny.

I don't have high hopes for the Napoleon Dynamite show. I can't see that humor style being one that can be stretched that far.

Napolean Dynamite is one of my favorite movies (Me and my dad still quote it on a pretty regular basis, much to my mother's chagrin) but I really doubt it'll work as a T.V. show.

I haven't really watched adult swim in the last couple years, it all just started to blur together and get kind of bland, though the venture brothers and Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law are two of the finest television programs I've ever seen. But Harvey Birdman is cancelled and I never seem to be able to catch the new venture Brrothers episodes.

I actually used to go to New York on such a frequent basis, trips there nowadays really tend to bore me terribly. Lunch is usually nice since we generally get really good stuff from China Town or something, and if I'm with friends it's generally all good fun anyway, but aside from that, I don't think all the walking is really worth it. :/

Aside from trips for a very specific purpose; like say, a special trip to the Disney store there for a limited shipment of good quality Lion King merch., or to see a musical. I'd LOVE to go see another musical when I can. I'd likely see Wicked or Book of Mormon, but I'm undecided which I'd go to given the opportunity for both.

Oooooh, I'd also go for a convention of some sort. Be it furry, anime, or video game; doesn't really matter to me. :D But yeah, New York's lost a lot of magic for me over the years.

The only convention I've been to is Anime Expo 2008. I had a real blast there :D

I want to take my fiancee there one of these years if we don't have any other plans for that time of the year. That or Anime Detour, which is a lot closer to where I live :P

You guys are lucky if you got to go to a convention at all. My parents wouldn't approve. I've always wanted to go to the Anime conventions. See the Kekkaishi and Full Metal Alchemist cosplay, and maybe get a signature or two.

(P.S. The only shows I like on Adult swim are FMA and Kekkaishi. Also, I've seen the first two episodes of that Napoleon Dynamite Cartoon on FX. It's HILARIOUS! :D)
