OK,now there is something weird bothering me. How can Max say he fear for Spike and say Heartbreak is a monster when Eyesight himself says nobody knows what power Heartbreak has?

... Now that you point that out.... It is kinda bothersome

considering the members of the Organization we met so far, the boss surely didn't became top brass through bribery...

But if this were the case how come Eyesight doesn't know what powers Heartbreak has? If he became the boss because of his power, then why eyesight even said that?

it stands to reason that heartbreak wanted to make sure no one knew about his strength (and weaknesses), so whenever someone asked 'hey, bub, I bet you're not this big shot!', he just had a private, very final chat with said someone and then showed the remains to the others.
Just to make sure that he had an open coffin policy.

They could know that none of Heartbreak's enemies survive, but not exactly what happens to them. Not knowing exactly what abilities he has, doesn't mean they don't know how strong or vicious he can be.
