You'd think they'd be able to hire a better firm....

Mr London, a wonderful name. I wonder if he has a british accent.

I wonder how long it will be before they find out about keene...

you’d think they coulda afforded to find a lawyer name Phoenix Wright. not the one from the game, just a lawyer with the same name.

Actually I'm surprised its just one lawyer, usually people not even anywhere near as rich as the Ferrets have more then one.

I think the banter in the alt text is what got me for this one. Nothing like a good ol' play on words.

Mr London, Esq.? Technically, isn't Esq. supposed to replace Mr? I was under the impression that having both of them was a social faux pas (although given the character I suppose this may have been intentional?)

Also, if he's supposed to be British, fun fact: Esq. is now more common in the USA than it is in Britain 8D

Oh, and I also found the alt. text to be the real diamond of this strip.

I wonder what the other ferrets are up to right now? Probably something along the lines of...
Lana: Hey, has anyone seen Keene?
Rock: Who?
Duke: *checks blackberry* Hey! New What's New Scooby Doo's on!

This particular comic screams "replacement". Though it would be funny seeing Miles running the power over Keene for christmas x3

Also: Rick, i think you spelled "out" twice in the second panel.

Yes, that's admittedly going too far, but who know what's the pups capable of? One of the accounts stated the cubs would have been the ones giving all the scratches to animal control.

The last thing I need to hear is if AC would have the gall to shoot Lucretia's mother. Then again, you can't imagine if they underestimated the whole pack...or worse, overestimate them.

I'm surprised people find it unconscionable to shoot wild animals with tranquilizers. It happens in the real world. It's the best way to temporarily subdue potentially dangerous animals.

As far as they're aware, the wolves were a threat to their lives. So they stopped them without threatening theirs. A misunderstanding, yes. But hardly cruel or shocking.

I could see him doing that for the first couple of hits (so it will stay) then switching to his hand to finish it. And I noticed that too, I wonder why she is?
