Re: Arc 49: A Holiday at the Zoo
You know since this would be a local AC it is rather hard to believe they haven’t heard of him. I mean they work with Animals all the time. Maybe they don't recognize him on sight only and they know his name?

I enjoy that "Four Finger Discount" Jack managed to take 5 of them, before he went down! I think we know that when he lost his arm, it must have been an epic battle!

Ugh, the ferrets again. I hope they get a arc that helps shake the brathood out of them.

I'm glad to see that "four finger discount" was originally "five finger discount" and that I'm not just losing my mind.

but it's so fun to write about rich eccentrics. I loved just coming up with the wildest things to have them do while writing my fic. I feel Rick may feel the same way.

Re: Arc 49: A Holiday at the Zoo
This may be my new favorite strip. I saw Karishad and was all like, "oh boy" then I saw the last panel and was all like, "AWESOME!!!"

Karishad now has a collar. Dog help them all... I can't believe Keene fell for that, just because he is too used to being rich. I wonder if the wolves will have to save them now.

Re: Arc 49: A Holiday at the Zoo
Cornhole is a beanbag toss game where you try to get it through a hole in a board, landing on the board itself also counts as a point. It's pretty much considered a southern/country game (and the name itself is rather regional). I'm guessing the wild black-footed ferrets would be considered "hicks" compared to the Miltons

Re: Arc 49: A Holiday at the Zoo
It really doesn't make any sense at all that no one has heard of him. Hes a billionaire Ferret that lives in the same town/city as the Zoo. The only people that it makes sense that wouldn't have heard of him is Karishad and maybe the Cashier.
Anyone else like the Police and especially Animal Control are just apparently absolutely terrible at their jobs then.

Re: Arc 49: A Holiday at the Zoo
So that's what its called! Never realized why there was corn on the boards
Also, I hope there's a whole segment on Keene freaking out since he's locked in a zoo cage where he goes through the seven stages of grief....or at least begs to Dog for freedom.
It wouldn't be too surprising for no one to have heard of him. Most people would see "Billionaire Ferrets" on a newspaper and figure it a joke. Or be too shocked to remember.

Okay, I didn't actually notice the title of the strip before. I did, however, notice to what it was referring.

I won't lie. I've been scarred too much to not think something dirty given that name. I mean, ya play it in a mudpit, right? Like football in the rain?

Re: Arc 49: A Holiday at the Zoo
I won't be surprised when later they won't be able to drag him out of there That's the entire point of this comedic situation. And now when he's trapped with Zoo ferrets without his collar, it will be much, much harder for him to prove that he is Keene Milton Looks like your wish got fulfilled in some way =P

Agreed, it might be my favorite ferret strip, Keene or otherwise (but Keene's the only one who seems to be a true supporting character at the moment).
