Lord! Where to start....Whelp, I'm debating coming in big or covertly or just normally

well Levi started by walking towards a village an met a ghost. Start however you like.

Here's a new character I've been thinkin' from a while.

Name: Martin

Neighborhood: Blue Peak shore

Species: East-European Shepherd

Gender: Male

Age: 5(human) 18(pet)

Backstory:
Sent to Dimitar in Blue Peak Shore from recently deceased friend of his.

Personality:
Martin isn’t very talkative ever since his Dad’s demise, but he’s too proud to admit that he needs as much as company and attention as possible.
Before, he was quite talkative and happy and unlike the other members of his breed – very nice and polite to strangers. He never judges hastily.
He can sing well and can play on guitars.

Appearance:
A typical member of his breed, he closely resembles that of a German shepherd, yet his fur is not as long as those of his German cousins.
His eyes are Sapphire blue and he wears a black collar with the Bulgarian Rosete on it. He’s quite high for his kin – 1,6 m.

Strengths and Weaknesses:
S - very trustworthy and loyal friend
W - very protective over his past; Sometime his speech is incomprehensible or even creepy. Too headstrong at the moments.

Other notes:
=> He's skilled in the art of surviving
=> He has a small first aid kit, which he knows how to use
=> Since he was trained in combat arts, he is in possession of a staff, which can be turned into spear (with a metal head added). The staff is actually consisted of two connected sticks with which he’s quite skilled.
=> When he’s out in the jungle, he usually wares this harness in which he carries the most necessary stuff.
=> He can play with guitars and sing

also, how long ago did this neighborhood lose the pet-friendly title and why? and was it only a change in the threads' titles?

the PF status was lost due to a combination of violent over the rating posts and my inability to keep said posts in check as I should have done.
I consider myself lucky I have been allowed to keep this thing going, but from now on rules will be mantained or I'll ask the RP to be closed myself.

figured that might be the problem, though I don't see exactly what good that does. non-PF RPs don't get a higher rating than PF ones and it's still on the forums. PF is basically just a name.
as for the rating thing, I really should have spoken up when I noticed that post. I am a mod that is actively involved in this RP, after all.

I'm sorry I caused all this. Maybe it's my aggressive writing style. Not used to keeping it under a PG or whatever kinda rating which exists.

after thinking a bit, I think Ruu, Rendak, and I should ignore the time skip for now. seeing as they all don't really have reason to be out so late and they aren't interacting with any of the people who need to be part of the skip.

yes, it's feasable. I'll prolong the nighttime as possible, but when we're back into the new day, the timeskip is effective for those characters as well

Yeah, because at that point it would make sense for these characters to be active in the post-skip time.
