Dates are kinda sweet. It's difficult to describe their flavour.

But there's no guarantee it will hold up forever.
And it won't block everyone out.

It depends on how strong your mind is,
keeping a mind wall may be a major distraction at first,
but soon it should be an automation.
If you become good enough, you'd be able to keep all
out other than a highly trained telepath or an esper.
It may not be able to completely stop them, but at least
make it difficult for them, and you'd be able to feel them
yourself.
