I assume I killed it instantly, but since I was driving at night and going at about 80 k's an hour (50 mph), it left a huge dint in the front of the car and absolutely trashed the engine.
Car was written off, I felt bad about it, but was annoyed I had to pay for insurance excess. Thankfully they covered random Kangaroo collisions.
