Question

Post by ReCreate »

Anybody remember the housepets tshirt? The image on there, Is it drawn in the new or old style?
And, is there an image of it on the internet? A high res one that can be adapted for use as a wallpaper?

I suppose you could edit the watermark out, it isn't too apparent and there isn't any difficult shading to replace.
Though if you do that, don't share it with anyone else. It is Rick's intellectual property.

That sounds fair to me at least, I wouldn't mind if anyone did that to my artwork.
But I don't watermark my artwork, so maybe ask Rick first anyways ;).

I contacted rick and he supplied me with the images.

Here they are if anyone wishes to use them: 1, 2(in raw form, unscaled)

I really need to start penning my images with thicker lines so they scale that nicely :?.

*facepalm*
Drawings. Artwork. Digital Images.
I've been using a fine 3 point pen line for all of my drawings, irregardless of size.
When I try to shrink them down though, they end up with very fine pen lines.
<-- Take for example the picture I made for my avatar (and a fun shading test :D).

Well, it was loosely on topic with the images you presented.
But this... this is a train wreck.
So, will you be sharing the wallpapers you create from the image?

And you'd better go along with it or I'll sneak in more nonstandard double negatives!

I figured anyone who wants to make it would make it themselves. But this is the one I made myself. In 1280x1024 res.
Mod edit: That was way too massive. Even if it scales down to fit it still has to load. Keep images that are too big in links.
(image will scale down automatically, right click, save to save)
I won't bother making any more for other aspect ratio's or resolutions unless if I need to. You guy's can do it yourself. :P

edit:
Screenshot of my psp. :P

Here's a wide-screen version I added some background color to for those who don't like bright white wallpapers: http://tinyurl.com/28fq6u9
I had to move the ball down to fit it into the picture; hope no one minds. I don't like the resolution limits that image hosting sites have. Does anybody know of one that allows for higher resolution images?
Heh. Look at that... I started an actual Housepets! fan-fic.

I am now using 3000X3000 inc, on 9 point pen line,
ever sins I used that, everything seems to work ^^.
