Well.... I was off. Guess I need to reread it again some day soon. It was a great story.

Panel 3 of Maxwell yelling is actually a panel of Peanut yelling in panel 5.

Re: ARC 44: LET'S IMAGINATE MACBETH!
Somehow I can imagine Grape treating Max similarly in "real life" if they got married (or the closest thing pets could possibly do).

Re: ARC 44: LET'S IMAGINATE MACBETH!
Well, Max/MacBeth isn't the one in control there...
Grape is great at acting, I see. She would never orce someone to kill. She would just do it herself!
I am loving the alt text in this arc. Bringing back a lot of great class readings from High school.

of course she is. she could beat the crap out of Maxbeth.IceKitsune wrote:Well Grape is in complete control of this scene (and relationship )

A funny twist would be Earl Sandwich as Duncan.
Awww, Max and Grape in a pretend marriage <3 Now is the time to brush up your marriage skillz, you two!
If Grape's death scene is any indication in the water balloon war and her love for sleep, she's going to have alot of fun doing the sleepwalking scene in this =3

That's very cat-like of Lady Macbeth.
Or maybe she just likes ketchup.

Ahh... another case of Grapes causal and mild violence.
Re: ARC 44: LET'S IMAGINATE MACBETH!
Well, of course that's to be expected. This IS lady grapebeth we're talking about here.

I just noticed how Rick managed to do all these expressions without eyes at all. That's pretty impressive.

And Max just goes and breaks character (I think?). lol I love the first panel it's great.
Re: ARC 44: LET'S IMAGINATE MACBETH!
This is awesome. Max is the perfect McBeth. He plays him well.
McDuff as the straightman. I never realized that one...
Max is great with that McBeth Line, but Peanut calling him out!? Awesome.

The idea of Tarot with a water pitcher on her head just seems hilariously funny.

Alright Alright, everyone be nice now, you know he did not mean it bad.
not everyone knows Macbeth.
I am one of them so i can understand why some might find this arc less interesting then others.

Re: ARC 44: LET'S IMAGINATE MACBETH!
I know what MacBeth is, I don't find it that interesting though.
I kind of like how they're improvising though it in their own way for fun, makes it a bit more interesting and cute.

I wonder if there will be an "accidental mental projection" somewhere along the line?
Re: ARC 44: LET'S IMAGINATE MACBETH!
I had just thought the same thing lol.I wonder if there will be an "accidental mental projection" somewhere along the line?
EDIT: And you know, since we're now used to the idea of a "murder" and "coughvariousformsoftomatoesaucethatlooklikebloodcoug" in the comic, you think could be setting us up for a 180 and turn it Darker or It Got Worse on us? Just tossing that out there. But, granted, this is a pg comic, I don't see that happening.

No, Housepets! is not going to suddenly get darker just because the pets perform their own version of Macbeth and use ketchup/catsup as a prop.

I agree with Sleet; this arc does not indicate the comic is about to jump ratings or become 'darker.'

Re: ARC 44: LET'S IMAGINATE MACBETH!
Yeah, that's a silly notion at best. acting out Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet is usually a very common trend in acting for school plays.

So, who is it doing the narration?
Tarot manages to be adorable pretty much any time she does something silly. And usually when she isn't. Awwwwww.
