-The Chat Thread can cover any topic allowed on this forum, but do not allow things with existing threads to take over the thread. This includes role playing.

-The Chat Thread isn't the IRC; it's still in the forum format. Don't make posts that consist entirely of greetings, goodbyes, or acknowledgement of how people aren't posting at the moment.

I was in a rush to name it. it had not been discussed and there was a distinct lack of chat thread.
Sleet had gotten in a title and so had Pea, I felt it was my turn. I made it in honor of all three mods.

there will be better planning next time. I was going to leave it to the others, but then Diss went and closed the last one and rushed me.

now that I think about it, I should have named it after Ves because he could have just as easily been in my position due to the tie.

The fact that "Inexperienced Mod Day" coincided with "Time for new chat thread day" caused some issues.

Anyways, the Chat Thread name isn't something to dwell on for ages. Where were we?

I was gonna start a new thread, then I got a PM from CaptainPea stating his desire to start one. I simultaneously received a message from RandomGeekNamedBrent and, after replying to the message from The Captain, saw the new thread. How 'bout 'You close it, you start the next one' to avoid future confusion?

So there's an artist on FA who does animated icons of people watching fireworks. and I was sort of surprised that he didn't get any commissions for one recently.
