whatever Rick gives us we will take, and we will most likely love it. Rick, feel free to do as many one-offs as you would like or start a new arc whenever you feel like it.valerio wrote:And the better thing is,we'd absolutely like another week of one-offs as wellrickgriffin wrote:Stop getting ahead of me! This was the cutest from Fiddler and Keys!

Oh wow, Fiddler and Keys decided to become pirates And they started their life of piracy with the act of stealing a raft >_> Way to go, boys!
They will rampage Babylon Gardens and steal everything they can! And when the citizens run after them, they will pull a great escape, leaving a single message behind: "This is the day you'll all remember as the day you ALMOST caught Fiddler and Keys!"

Yes. Six weeks of nothing but them. And we still don't know which is the boy and which is the girl.

But we know that they are in a possible relationship and one of them is a boy and one of them is a girl.

We saw them at 'Heathcliff's', and by the look of it, it appears Fiddler is the girl.yehoshua wrote:But we know that they are in a possible relationship and one of them is a boy and one of them is a girl.

Am I the only one who thinks that Keys is the girl?
Anyway, the alt-text now really makes me wonder whey they got the raft from. (And btw, we need an arc about these two)

I don't know. In this strip, Fiddler looks more feminine than Keys but you can't be sure. I'm pretty sure Rick is keeping it that way on purpose.Alex wrote:Am I the only one who thinks that Keys is the girl?

hey, that wasn't intended as a comment on the musculature of an absent character, but the lack of muscles in the one present. It's a loophole.
Re: One Offs Set #23: Old People Jokes
Yes, but we have something else. As it appears in the n-ple date arc, Keys is smarter. In the HP! universe, it seems that most girls are smarter than guys...RandomGeekNamedBrent wrote:maybe if the male one were more muscular like Fido, we wouldn't have this confusion.

I don't know about you guys, but I think a fitting tune for this song would to the theme of "Virginia Company" from Pocahontas.

Because they're poetic meters that work well with folk music?

possibly. or it's just a coincidence because we've only really seen two and the first one was specifically written to be sung to a Celtic tune. also, the fiddle makes the music fitting.

proctlocotamine has already lost a customer.
It won't stop itching.

the Roots Suffixe in combination with the - amine at the end makes me think proctlocotamine would be a hallucinogenic.

That is one long, bad list of side effects! Sheesh!
Although I have heard of a few commercials like this. I do not like them much!
Do they really show those on Cartoon channels?? I did not know that...

try watching krypto the superdog at 10:am on a Monday morning.. there's going to be at least 2 in that one half-hour... you'll be surprised, depression and ED commercials play around-the-clock.

Re: One Offs Set #23: Old People Jokes
It kinda resembles my reality.
I don't watch TV often, but even when I do, I can't watch a cool movie normally because they have to show ads. It's like: 20 minutes of movie and 20 minutes of ads.
Same thing is in radio. I always listen to it when I drive to mountains. I remember mostly infos like "new dance club was opened", "try this new gel", "50% cheaper to go to Egypt" instead of songs.

My best guess would be after this week, but that's just speculation. Considering that the last arc was entirely double strips, I don't think a longer one off set than usual would be surprising.
Also, this medicine's list of side effects doesn't explicitly include death, so that's good news.
Re: One Offs Set #23: Old People Jokes
Someone tell me, am I the only one who tried to google "proctlocotamine"?
