Or in denial. I thought there weren't going to be any one-offs....

Re: One Offs Set #23: Old People Jokes
Why in those old days, Dogs were named after Rifles.
But when Remington fought a cat named Pistol, it was clearly a one-sided battle.
PS: I never heard of a dog named Remington until 2 weeks ago when i was on a trip, yet at the same time i couldn't believe how often i come across the idea of Dogs with rifle-themed names were usually on Golden Retrievers.

Re: One Offs Set #23: Old People Jokes
What would make you think that? There are always one-offs. And I love Tiger. Probably my favorite character.

Same diff! I was only ever in Cub Scouts and I know that we spent pretty much all our time pretending we were actually Boy Scouts

Same here, I didn't learn much but I learned to use a knife pretty well and to make a camp fire and that was knowledge that followed me for the rest of my life.

I beg to differ. I had a great time then again, it isn't for everyone. And the people you have in your troop can make a huge difference to whether or not it's fun.

Only going for? I was a Boy/Girl Scout. :3 I liked it. I'm actually amused by the hypothetical idea of Pet Scouts. That'd be adorable if it was actually Rick's plan at some point.

Re: One Offs Set #23: Old People Jokes
His insanity is just one extra (especially because he scares Bino). I wonder if we'll ever see a Tiger&Marvin arc. There was the arc with the Bunny (forgot his name) and Marvin was at the haunted mansion. Oh well, I'll have to wait to see. Great strip, btw.

Zach! His name is Zach! And there was the "Oops I arced" arc. It featured Tiger, Marvin and Zach.

Not quite, Rick. The modern newspaper cartoonist employs a text-processing engine of the AJGLU 3000 variety.

If I were an old person, I wouldn't trust Tiger to just "chew" my food for me. I don't think I'd ever get to eat. :[

Rick always does an arc and then a week of one-offs, then another arc.

I can refute that: "Down on the Farm", "Money Sharks", and "n-ple Date" were all back to back.

Young terrier with misleading appearance is the best character ever Ytma feverWhat are you talking about? Archie is a marvel of modern storytelling and art Also, Rick might have a tough time in newspapers considering he's only written one golf strip.

Re: One Offs Set #23: Old People Jokes
Seems like this neighbor dog has the longest fur out of all the dogs we've seen so far. Must be nice petting him on the head like Tiger does.

... with the comic coming in almost 2 hours from now, i suddenly wish that dog had a smoke pipe and sherlock hat on.
Tiger just instantly became his sidekick.

Maybe it's because I saw the last panel before I was supposed to, but it took me a LOOOOOOONG time to figure out what the pun was....
