Personally, Dragon strikes me as being somewhat more excitable and emotional than Tarot as well as just a little air-headed. Accidentally letting slip that she's got a crush on Peanut, going all ADD talking to Peanut in the middle of a fight against a storm giant, the kiss for no particular reason with someone who doesn't technically know her, etc.
True, we haven't seen a lot of her, but that's the vibe I'm getting.
