Uh, no kidding? Both have a learning curve. I just prefer it, as I've had Docs longer than I've had Word on my computer(s).CaptainPea wrote:Neither Word nor Google Docs demonstrate exemplary ease-of-use.redmarker97 wrote: Not really, I can use Microsoft Word if its offline, but I prefer 'Docs for its ease-of-use.

Has anyone heard of the Internet Typewriter? It (mostly) blanks out your entire screen, if you hit F11, so all you have is your text... but there's no spellcheck, dictionary, theasarus etc. (which can be seen as a good or bad thing).

I shouldn't say making actually. My bad.
Finding someone that will let me use their wall.
As for the nunchucks, I can do a couple of cool things, nothing too Bruce Lee yet though.
In other words I can only scare people with them

I see. Well, that will probably take a while. He was a master after all.

Yeah, when that day comes, the amount of windows that have been jumped through by screaming teenagers with nunchucks will increase dramatically.

This made me imagine a concert of Bieber fans all wielding nunchuks.Chaplin wrote:Yeah, when that day comes, the amount of windows that have been jumped through by screaming teenagers with nunchucks will increase dramatically.
I was referring to, in Word's case, the formatting. Word seems to have an agenda of its own when it comes to formatting my documents. It likes indenting things for no reason and changing margins all the time. It's especially hard to set up an outline.redmarker97 wrote:Uh, no kidding? Both have a learning curve. Google Doc's main problem is just the lack of certain features, and the fact that it occasionally flips out while editing. Especially with more than one person editing.
Well that certainly would be apathetic.Chaplin wrote:Howdy pardners. How are y'all doing.

Don't forget to scream for no reason when you do. The trick won't work without the scream.

Bo staff? That's pretty much hitting people/buildings/small animals/politicians with a large stick, and believe me, it's not that hard

I know how to use many weapons, just none of them in an effective manner. I know how to hit people with nunchucks, but I'd probably hit myself or at least be easily blocked.

I know how to use a rifle out to 800 yards. And a handgun to 30. :/
I'm just not sure I'd fit in this whole "combat enviornment" thing though...
And hitting things with sticks is awesome. Don't deny it!

Re: Chat Thread 26: Probably Fewer Than The Land Before Tim
That's a weird phrase. Mostly because "push" connotes a more forceful action than "shove", so it might make more sense as "When shove comes to push". I dunno.Cwitt wrote:When push comes to shove, I just let them push.
Also, nice avatar.
