Scarfs, its the new big thing!
Scarfs, its the new big thing!
have you noticed that during winter segments of a comic, whenever an animal is outside, it will almost ALLWAYS be seen wearing a scarf? I believe that scarfs are finally getting the recognition they deserve!

Fox wears his jacket during the winter, too. It's like time progresses in the Housepets! world, and yet it doesn't...

Indeed, scarfs are quite awesome! They can be warm and cozy, they can be shared between a couple, they can billow dramatically in the wind!
Let's think of more scarf awesomeness, everyone!
@Sleet: There's a term for that. Comic Time I think.

Re: Scarfs, its the new big thing!
well that is pretty much completely off the topic of scarves. guys, this is a very serious topic you should take seriously because it's serious *fishslapped*
i wear scarves all the time in the winter when i'm in canada anyway. there is no way i am letting my poor, australianised neck open to those harsh elements. who's a good neck? you're a good neck!

scarfs are one of the best pieces of clothing ever, and i'm not saying that because I LOVE fancy clothing with a passion
Re: Scarfs, its the new big thing!
Yeah, I've never even owned a scarf. They aren't really necessary here. Though they do make the Housepets look awesome, and I wouldn't want them to wear anything else.

Re: Scarfs, its the new big thing!
Every time I wear a scarf, it just continually falls off and unwraps itself and then I get mad and take it off because it's more trouble than it's worth.
I don't wear them much.

Re: Scarfs, its the new big thing!
I enjoy wearing scarves. I have two scarves that I like to wear, but I wish I had more variety. I have a red one, and a brown one, but I really wish I had a blue one, a black one, a gray one, and a black-white-gray plaid one.
Also, the time progression thing seems on-topic for me. But yeah, they went off topic for that as well.

I used to have a red scarf when I was in Taiwan. I wished I had a blue one though.

I have a cashmere one I wear over my face like a ninja! Trust me, that's handy when it's 4 degrees out in the middle of February.

I have a scarf, it belonged to my great grandfather. It is about four feet long made of very soft leather, and, even though it is old, I still wear it. blood stains and all....

Seriously though, I think its kinda cool how he makes all the scarfs color coded and what not
Re: Scarfs, its the new big thing!
i like, saw this thing, and this guy was still attached to this girl with blue eyes who had moved away, and was also close to a girl with a blue bow, and got a blue scarf. Later on, he suddenly changes his scarf. That was a hint at his not needing the scarf or the girl with the blue bow anymore and was focused on the girl with blue eyes again.
or something. this came nearly word-for-word from tv tropes.

Hoodies beat scarfs.

Hoodies, despite being effective in their purpose aren't too viable an option in the UK. They have, along with tracksuits, become the stereotypical garment associated with neds (acronym, Non Educated Delinquents, young thuggish types.)
This bad press associated with the simple hooded sweatshirt has besmirched their good name as sportswear. As a result I only really wear mine for sporting activities and as an extra layer when it's too cold to care.
On the subject of scarves I love them. I got one for Christmas that looks like crime scene tape, it's cool and cosy, if you'll forgive the oxymoron.

I've always loved that Ned is a name here and means that over thereAdzo wrote:Hoodies, despite being effective in their purpose aren't too viable an option in the UK. Anyway, hoods and trackies and all that are just fine. It takes more than a hood to look like a ned. Definite ned material right here.
