Neighborhood One
~This neighborhood is set as to let players retain most of the characters. X3
Neighborhood Name: Cat's Eye
Setting:
Construction in Cat's Eye was harsh and grueling but the owners of the land knew what they were getting into. The land of Cat's Eye was rich, and it was due to the underground rivers that coursed under it. The name Cat's Eye would confuse the uninformed, but to the observant traveler, a simple look at the map would suffice. The city is heavily zoned though, large walls isolate the noble residential sector and the government to the center, moving out one would see the rich class housing and the commercial zones. Furthering out to the end of the city is the low-middle class housing and the rich farmlands of Cat's Eye. Cat's Eye is also centered as the trade nexus of five great cities, and the residents of the rich zone is a testament to this success. Large mansions, majestic gardens and grand swimming pools are just the tip of the iceberg for these aristocrats. Proper governance has maintained wealth through the city however, and rarely has anyone died from sickness or starvation, and it's not just because of the advanced heathcare that the city offers free to its residents, though it does play a large part.

Neighborhood Two
~Just a fresh neighborhood with lots of things to play with.
Neighborhood: Mythshroud Heights
Setting: An old backwater place called Twintree City lies buried in the valley after it was caught in a flash flood from the collapse of a natural barrier. The flood has caused an unprecedented damage to the city in the all forms. Families were broken, homes were lost and an uncanny belief in superstition arose. 18 months after the flood, and moving up out of the valley, Twintree was officially reintroduced as Mythshroud Heights and most of Twintree have moved back, many with the new families they found during their stay away.
Canon:
>Most survivors of the flood have just recently moved back into houses.
>Family relations could be mixed up if the original families has been lost to the flood. Therefore, pets may or may not have the same surnames as their owners and their bonds are quite new, unstable, emotionally attached or stuff like that.
>Pets are somewhat relaxed, they generally do whatever humans from 5 to 15 do, though it depends on you how you want your pet to act though it would be preferred if they have some supernatural quirks.
>Pet Friendly Laws are deep rooted in the community, pets are treated very much like children.
>There’s a community center that teaches pets up to elementary level that is completely run by volunteers. (Open daily from 8-9 PM, non-housed residents stay here.)
>Despite being a new and relatively remote city, Mythshroud is keeps up well with development and modernization thanks to it’s strategic location of bridging Twintree Valley, a three hundred foot wide valley that diverts an otherwise straight route between two major cities.
