One-Offs Set #16: One-Off Run-Off

Post by Dissension »

To get the full effect, you should imagine Elmer Fudd reading it. You're welcome.

It's time for some one-offs! What will happen, who will we see? We don't know that yet, do we?

Posted early because we all knew they were coming, right? Bonk!

I love the expressions in this one. Poor Grape.

...Isn't Peanut a dog? Shouldn't he be able to smell her and make for a really boring game?

I'm afraid I've missed the joke; was she actually looking for Peanut, or was she just trying to sneak a nap?

Also, needs a one-off tag or we'll never be able to find it again

I think he just left the door open or did something that would make it obvious he was hiding in there.

See, when I think of a pet-based comic, I think of this. That and the mailman one with Bino saying "traitor".

First time i seen Peanut pull a fast one on Grape. <3 now all he needs to do is do that to Max and he'll be on even grounds with them two!

Also, is Peanut getting aware of his weakness now? o.o

Benedict Arnold comes to mind. xD. Nice trick, even by Peanut's standards.

Peanut's standards? I'd imagine Peanut's standards for trickery are fairly low. He's smart, but he's not exactly clever in that sense.

Since when does hide and seek have to do with ages? Anyone can play it!

Oh, and been there, done that.

What the heck is "SIDLE SIDLE"

Also what actually happens between the last two panels. Does Mrs. Sandwich grab her or something? If so that should be shown, because right now it's skipping too much.

Grape is easing into the bathroom (either because she's looking for Peanut or is planning to nap in there while he's busy hiding from her), and as soon as she enters, Mrs. Sandwich nabs her for bath time.

Because cats hate water.

I should've seen this one coming since Rick drew those cover ideas, since one involved Grape getting a bath.

Reveal he's a cat lover.

In the middle of a GODC function.

By bringing in and smooching Sabrina.
