@Kyuubi: I have. I was skiing (when I was still a beginner) and I tried to line up for the ski lift but I lost control of the skis and slid under the person in the queue in front of me and she fell on me and then the whole line fell on me like dominoes. Luckily no one was hurt and they all saw the funny side of it.

@Riolu: Yes, all the time. The internet at home is quite sketchy since we're surrounded by large trees and the internet on campus at university is even worse for some reason.
