I have done that three times. The first time I did it with a friend to beat Luigi's Mansion. Second to beat Soul Caliber Adventure Mode, once again with a friend. And Lastly I beat Ib by myself.

Never to the point of unconsciousness, just severely dazed, though I have been choked unconscious while wrestling a 190lb guy.(Convulsions are not fun.)

I used to locker box after practice sometimes so yes.
Ever been sucker punched?

Many times, typically in the stomach, also typically knocking the wind out of me. Though a more interesting sucker punch was when I was body boxing and took a powerful right hook to the neck causing it to crack quite audibly and knock me back off balance about 4 feet, but we were cool after that, just awkward to explain the huge bruise on my neck to my parents.
