I believe that would be either Ditto or Mewtwo.
Its thick whiskers are very sensitive to changes in air movements, enabling it to detect its prey by movement alone.

I could say Ditto, but that only does transformation. So it's not that. I could also say Kyurem, but it only has two other modes. It has to be Deoxys. Or is it Arceus?

Never heard of the thing before, until my brother showed me one on his Black&White 2 the other day.
I'm not good when it comes to pokemon from Sinnoh, Unova, or Kalos :/
This rare but non-legendary pokemon has no past or future evolutions, lives in deep water, and hasn't changed since ancient times.
(might be a tough one My brother said that this is the ONE pokemon out of all 700+ that he didn't know existed. He didn't even know the name for it until he searched it.)
