Would You Rather? (Housepets only edition)
Inspired by the other Would You Rather thread only this one is specifically Housepets! based scenarios only. Would you rather:
Option A: Kiss Bino on the forehead and tell him he has beautiful eyes
or
Option B: Punch Peanut in the face as hard as you can
So, either flirt with the cast jerk or punch the cast cinnamon roll. Pick your poison.

No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.

A: Tiger magically teleports to your room and sings you his own twisted version of a lullaby

Option B) An arc focusing on the two strays that live near grape's house, that we haven't seen since the black and white days.

Scenario A: you are posessed by Keene and have to constantly hear him try to 'back-seat drive' you for the rest of your life.
Scenario B: you are posessed by Max and have to constantly hear him try to 'back-seat drive' you for the rest of your life.

Most important thing I've learned from D&D?
No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.

Re: Would You Rather? (Housepets only edition)
I think I'll choose Max. Max reminds me very much of my roommate.
Would you rather see an arc where:
Option A: Mungo bonds with Tiger and helps him through his psychological problems while he's off-duty (Sweet and emotional arc)
or
Option B: Zach meets Res and the two become BFFs and go on a small adventure together (Fun and comedic arc)
