You are riding in an elevator when the unthinkable happens. There is a loud clunk clunk, and suddenly you stop moving. After the initial panic, you call maintenance. They explain that it will be several hours before it will be repaired. You begin to wait. During that time, you grow increasingly bored, worried, and paronoid. There are two things you can do:

a) Say what you're going to do when you get OUT of the elevator.
b) Find something silly to do while IN the elevator.

So, if it was me, I would probably do for:

a) When I get out of here, I'm going to play some runescape. I haven't in a while
b) Start humming/singing along with the elevator music distorting it where I can.

What would you do?

I think too much for A. I would sue the company for mental anguish. For B. I would slowly build a legitimate case by going "insane" step by step. I would start off normal, then start pacing, screaming for help every few seconds. After the pacing, I would begin muttering to myself (about five hours in.), then I would develop a sudden, extreme case of claustrophobia and break down in a corner, a weeping mess. When they got me out, I would need "counseling" And have a wonderful suit ready. I am a good person who would never really do this, but it is a thought. All this is contingent on me staying in their for six+ hours.

a) Run around in circles in a field

(come on guys, let's try for 100 things for either situation!)

a) Go home and tell everyone what happened.
b) Hum some song I was listening to.

a) Tell everyone that the elevator's broken
b) Tell myself that the elevator's broken

(it didn't actually happen to me really, i just got the idea from somewhere else and thought it might be fun to try here)

a) Make a song that includes every pokemon, digimon, and yugioh monster name in it.
b) Call a pro to do it for me while I get all the credit.
